Breakfast recipe #1 (under 15 Mins)
Pickled peppers on Cream cheese toast(For 2)
Paneer- 100 gm
Mayonnaise- 50 gms.
Fresh parsley- 1 tbsp packed
Onion- 1 medium
Salt and black pepper to taste
Bell peppers(mixed)- 200 gms(approx)
Vinegar- 2tsps.
Oregano-dried- 2 tsp.
Olive oil- 1 tbsp.
Bread slices- 4 pcs
Method
Cut long strips of bell peppers(deseeded)
Add Oregano, vinegar and oil and mix. Keep aside.
Put Paneer, mayo, parsley and peeled onions in a chopper and pulse till of crumbly consistency.
(Alternatively- Grate the paneer, and fine chop the onions.)
Add seasoning and mix.
To serve- Cut out the edges and Toast the bread.
Smear the cream cheese mixture on them, and top with the marinated peppers.
Foodowl says- Try it on sliced Garlic bread baguette.
